Job Description

Conduct secondary research and maintain company databases

Execute tele-calling campaigns for lead generation and nurturing

Support marketing and sales teams with follow-ups and reporting

Interact with existing clients for upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Build long-term client relationships focused on ROI

Daily cold calling to explore new business opportunities

Strong communication and listening skills

Self-driven with influencing ability
