Inside Sales Executive
with
1 year of experience in hardware or software sales
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, and converting opportunities into business over phone, email, and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate IT hardware or software solutions.
Coordinate with the field sales or business development team to schedule product demos or meetings.
Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate lead and opportunity information.
Achieve monthly targets related to lead conversion, sales pipeline, and client engagement.
Maintain knowledge of current cybersecurity trends, IT infrastructure, and company offerings.
Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in
hardware or software product sales
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical clients.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Background in IT sales or cybersecurity sales will be an added advantage.
