Hi, looking for an inside sales & sales candidate.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Management:



Handle incoming queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and website. Follow up with potential clients--architects, builders, interior designers, and homeowners. Qualify leads based on project type, budget, and timeline.

Client Consultation & Sales Pitch:



Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate marble/granite options. Share catalogs, pricing, and quotations. Explain product specifications, finishes, durability, sourcing, and care instructions. Conduct virtual or showroom walkthroughs (if applicable).

Sales Coordination:



Maintain CRM entries for all leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Coordinate with backend teams for sample dispatches, site visits, and deliveries. Send proforma invoices and follow up on payments.

Follow-ups & Closure:



Proactively follow up with clients to close deals. Handle objections or concerns professionally and persuasively. Convert leads into long-term clients by offering excellent service.

Reporting & Target Tracking:



Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and dashboards. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
