Inside Sales Executive
with
6 months to 1 year of experience in hardware or software sales
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
generating leads, engaging prospects, and converting opportunities into business over phone, email, and online platforms
.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
outbound calls
,
emails
, and
follow-ups to generate qualified leads
.
Understand
customer requirements
and recommend appropriate
IT hardware or software solutions
.
Coordinate with the field sales
or
business development team
to
schedule product demos or meetings
.
Achieve monthly targets related to
lead conversion, sales pipeline, and client engagement
.
Maintain knowledge of
current cybersecurity trends
,
IT infrastructure
, and company offerings.
Work closely with marketing to align
campaigns with sales strategies
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
.
Minimum
6 months to 1 year
of proven experience in
hardware or software product sales
.
Strong
communication, negotiation
, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand
technical products
and explain them to
non-technical clients
.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Background in IT sales
or
cybersecurity sales will be an added advantage
.
