Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source new sales opportunities through
data mining, cold calling, and outbound emails
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure
Close deals and meet/exceed quarterly sales targets
Conduct account research, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest
Expand and maintain a database of prospects within your assigned territory
Keep CRM systems updated and ensure proper documentation of all sales activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in
inside sales or telesales
roles
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident phone presence with the ability to make 50+ calls daily
Familiarity with
CRM tools
and productivity software
