Roles and Responsibilities - Inside Sales Executive (Noida)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in online course sales. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into admissions for undergraduate and postgraduate programs through online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Contact and convert prospective leads into admissions via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
Consultative Selling: Understand student needs and provide accurate course recommendations based on eligibility and career goals.
CRM Management: Update and maintain lead status, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential students to nurture leads and reduce dropout rates.
Counseling: Provide accurate and complete information regarding course content, fees, duration, and benefits.
Collaboration: Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
Reporting: Submit daily and weekly performance reports to the team lead or sales manager.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional certifications or advanced programs.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 6 months in inside sales or education counseling.
Location: Noida (Work from Office).
Education: Graduation is mandatory.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
Work Schedule: 6 days working (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
