Job Summary:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven
Inside Sales Executive
to help prospective students explore and enroll in our online UG and PG programs. If you have a knack for sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for education, this could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to and engage with leads through calls, chats, and in-person sessions
Guide students and parents through course options and admission steps
Understand each student's career goals and recommend suitable programs
Convert leads to enrollments by delivering effective and personalized counselling
Maintain and update lead information accurately in the CRM
Support applicants throughout the enrollment and documentation process
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any stream
At least 6 months of experience in sales, telesales, or academic counselling
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Proficiency in Hindi and English
