Inside Sales Executive
Location: Noida Sector 63
Education: Graduation
Experience - Freshers
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold databases
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone calls.
Understand customer needs and pitch suitable products/services
Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and customer interactions
Follow up on leads regularly to drive conversions
Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly targets and KPIs
Soft Skills:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi]
2. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
3. Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle rejection.
Salary Package : 20000 - 30000 per month.
