Job Profile:


As an

Inside Sales Executive

, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process for various UG & PG programs. You will counsel leads, resolve queries, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments using both inbound and outbound communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Counsel students about UG & PG programs offered Handle data calling, chats, and follow-ups with leads Address queries over phone, email, and online chat Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions Record and maintain daily lead and call reports Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while working with students and parents Work towards and achieve monthly enrollment targets

Candidate Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any field Minimum 6 months of sales or admissions experience Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
