For Insides Sales



We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team targeting the US market. This entry-level role is designed to help you develop strong sales skills while contributing to the teams success. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone and email, qualifying their needs, and supporting the sales process.

you will gain hands-on experience in sales strategies, product knowledge, and relationship building, all while playing a vital role in driving our sales growth and achieving targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:-



Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, includingresearch, networking, and social media.

Conduct outbound calls/cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments.

Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to convert prospects into clients.Identify, research, and target potential clients in the IT services sector. Use outbound sales techniques (cold calling, email campaigns, etc.) to generate leads.

Build strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions. Maintain frequent communication with clients and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:



Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices

Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that add value

Skilled in negotiating terms and closing deals effectively

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently

Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns and objectionsPrevious experience in inside sales or a similar role is preferred
