to join our admissions team in Noida. In this role, you will engage with prospective students, understand their educational goals, and help them choose the right UG/PG courses. You'll manage the entire sales cycle--from the first call to final admission.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads via inbound inquiries and outbound calls/emails
Counsel students and parents to understand academic needs and suggest relevant programs
Support students through the application process, documentation, and deadlines
Convert leads into confirmed enrollments while meeting individual and team targets
Maintain and update student data using CRM tools
Coordinate with students and parents to ensure a smooth admission experience
Participate in regular performance reviews and team meetings
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets
Experience working with CRM software
Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups
Ability to build trust with students and parents through conversation
Prior experience in ed-tech or academic counseling is a plus
