Job Description

We are renowned share broking Firm required candidates working from office, who would focus on generating new business through phone calls, emails, and potentially online interactions, and managing existing client relationships. They would be responsible for prospecting leads, closing deals, and providing customer support related to the firm's share broking services. Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identifying and researching potential clients, building a pipeline of leads.

Sales Communication:

Engaging with potential clients via phone, email, and other online channels to pitch the firm's services.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Process:

Understanding and utilizing the company's sales process, including CRM software, to manage leads and close deals.

Product Knowledge:

Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the firm's share broking products and services.

Sales Reporting:

Providing regular reports on sales activities, including leads generated, deals closed, and sales performance.

Customer Service:

Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.

Market Research:

Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborating with other team members, including marketing and customer support, to achieve sales goals.

Skills and Qualifications:-



Strong Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively and negotiate persuasively.

Sales Experience:

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably with experience in the financial services or share broking industry.

Customer Service Skills:

Ability to build rapport with clients, address their needs, and provide excellent customer service.

Product Knowledge:

A good understanding of share broking products and services, including investment products and financial instruments.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and objections.

Time Management and Organization:

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.

Self-Motivation and Drive:

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Specific industry knowledge:

Knowledge of the Indian stock market and regulatory requirements would be beneficial.

Networking:

Ability to build and maintain a professional network of contacts in the share broking industry.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
