Job Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided data Handle inbound inquiries related to rooftop solar solutions Explain basic solar benefits, pricing, and subsidy information on calls Follow up with interested customers and update lead status Schedule site visits for the sales team Maintain daily call records in CRM or Excel

Eligibility Criteria



Freshers & recent graduates are welcome

12th pass / Graduate in any stream Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus) Willingness to learn sales and calling processes Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp) Positive attitude and confidence on calls

Salary & Benefits



Salary: ₹8,000 - ?15,000 (based on interview & performance)
