Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inbound leads
Understand customer requirements and pitch company products/services
Schedule demos and meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead closure
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Telugu preferred)
Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead qualification
Familiar with CRM tools or Excel
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B / SaaS / IT services sales (added advantage)
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
