Present and demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, RFPs/RFQs, and sales documentation.
Forecast sales trends and contribute to sales planning and strategy.
Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Gather and report market and competitor feedback to improve sales performance.
