Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation. Respond to enquiries from customers via calls, email, chat, and walk-ins to convert leads into sales. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Promote and sell the company's products or services to achieve sales targets. Present and demonstrate product features and benefits effectively. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, RFPs/RFQs, and sales documentation. Forecast sales trends and contribute to sales planning and strategy. Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Gather and report market and competitor feedback to improve sales performance.

Pay: ?11,600.93 - ?40,566.44 per month
