Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Meeting's with client using
company-provided leads and databases.
Assess client needs related to property buying, selling.
Ask Required property and collect information in a clear and professional manner.
Fix and schedule meetings
with interested and qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Coordinate with Manager or Senior's to ensure smooth closure.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned performance targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in real estate consulting or sales and Marketing.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage client conversations professionally and effectively.
Proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a performance-driven environment.
Basic working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
