Valtree Global Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated
Inside Sales Executive
to handle customer follow-ups, send quotations, and support in deal closures. The role involves regular communication with existing customers and coordinating with the internal sales team to convert leads into orders.
Responsibilities
Send quotations to customers through email/WhatsApp.
Make regular follow-up calls to customers regarding quotations.
Understand customer requirements and provide necessary information.
Coordinate with the sales team for pricing, availability, and order status.
Maintain proper records of follow-ups, responses, and conversions.
Ensure excellent customer relationship management.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English + hindi).
Confident in follow-up calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Gmail, and WhatsApp Business.
Ability to convince customers and support sales closure.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
Any Graduate (Freshers + 0-2 years experience can apply).
Working Days
Monday to Saturday
