We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. About the Role



We are looking for a motivated and energetic

Sales Executive

to join our EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate should come with an

MPC background

(Maths, Physics, Chemistry) and have

0-2 years of experience

in sales or customer-facing roles. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for education are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:



Prospect and generate new leads through various channels (cold-calling, networking, referrals, etc.). Understand customer needs and requirements. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.. Perform effective online demos to prospects. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and demos. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve conversion efficiency. Represent the company during webinars, seminars, and promotional events.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Graduation with

MPC background

(B.Sc, B.Tech, Intermediate MPC, etc.). 0-2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer service. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand academic needs and recommend solutions. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced environments. Basic knowledge of EdTech industry trends (preferred, not mandatory).
