Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive
Inside Sales Executives
with experience in
IT Sales / Software Sales / Tech-based lead generation
. The role involves handling outbound calls, generating qualified leads, explaining IT solutions to clients, and supporting the sales team in closures.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers for IT products/services
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up calls or demos
Explain company products/solutions clearly and professionally
Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into opportunities
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Build strong relationships with prospects over phone and email
Coordinate with the field sales/business development team
Share daily and weekly sales reports
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi/Telugu preferred)
Experience in
IT Sales / Software Sales / Telecalling for IT products
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Ability to understand and explain technical products in simple terms
Good knowledge of lead generation and cold calling
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
