Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital channels.
Present and promote ERP solutions to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and align the right ERP modules.
Coordinate product demos with the pre-sales/technical team.
Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in the CRM.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build strong relationships through follow-ups and client engagement.
What We're Looking For
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in
Inside Sales
,
Software Sales
, or
ERP Sales
.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of business processes (Accounting, HR, CRM, Inventory, etc.).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in a tech-driven environment.
Bonus Points If You Have
Hands-on experience with any ERP system (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Prior experience in B2B or SaaS sales.
