Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

Handle inbound enquiries through calls, emails, website, and CRM. Qualify leads and understand customer requirements. Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into potential sales. Prepare

quotations, proposals, invoice, and sales orders

as per customer needs. Coordinate with technical, pricing, and operations teams for accurate quotes. Follow up on sent quotations to close sales. Communicate product details, pricing, lead time, and commercial terms. Manage customer queries and escalate issues as needed. Coordinate with

field sales, logistics, production, and finance

teams. Assist in order processing, dispatch follow-ups, and documentation. Track customer orders and update CRM/sales database. Maintain daily/weekly sales reports. Update CRM with lead status, follow-up notes, and customer records.

Qualifications & Skills:



Experience:

Minimum 2+ years in inside sales, tele-sales, B2B sales support, or customer coordination.

Technical Skills:

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools . Basic understanding of sales documentation and pricing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,508.29 per month
