Lead Generation & Cold Calling:

Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, outreach, and prospecting activities. Focus on identifying potential customers, gathering information, and qualifying leads based on predefined criteria to create a strong sales pipeline.

Lead Conversion & Sales Closure:

Effectively follow up with leads and convert them into sales by using persuasive communication, understanding customer pain points, and presenting the product or service as a solution. Close deals by negotiating pricing, terms, and ensuring all paperwork and sign-ups are completed accurately.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, ensuring a consistent flow of closed sales each month. Take ownership of the sales process from initial contact to closure, with a strong focus on achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

CRM Management & Data Entry:

Accurately maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, call logs, customer interactions, and sales progress. Ensure the CRM is consistently updated and organized to reflect the current status of each prospect and opportunity.

Customer Relationship Building & Retention:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, providing timely follow-up, addressing objections, and handling inquiries. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during the sales process, setting the stage for potential future business or referrals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
