to join our overseas education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with students and parents who are exploring study-abroad opportunities, providing them with accurate information, and helping them take the next steps in their journey.
This role combines both
telecalling
and
business development
-- engaging with leads, building trust, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with students and parents interested in studying abroad.
Clearly explain university options, courses, country selection, and visa procedures.
Maintain regular follow-up via phone, WhatsApp, and email to ensure conversions.
Record and update lead information in CRM or tracking systems.
Coordinate with counsellors and documentation teams to support student applications.
Participate in promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, and webinars.
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion and enrollments.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Telugu
(mandatory).
Confident, friendly, and persuasive personality.
Prior experience in
telecalling, counselling, or sales
preferred
Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
Education & Experience
Minimum qualification: Graduation (any discipline).
Experience: 1-3 years preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
