Experience working on End to End Recruitment Process
Understanding of IT Domain and various skillsets
Preparation of s and Posting vacancies on various portals
Sourcing and screening potential candidates (mostly IT resources) from various sources
Screening candidate as per required details
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team to forecast department goals and hiring needs
Updating and maintaining an internal database of relevant candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Compose job offer letters
Understanding of HR & Operations activities
Good in maintaining employee relations, employee grievance handling, planning and conducting Employee Engagement Programmes, etc
Required Candidate Profile:
3yrs+ experience having an eagerness to learn and develop themselves
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Human Resource Management
Knowledge about various interview formats
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
Should be a Go-Getter with a Can-Do Attitude

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
