We are looking for a motivated

Inside Sales Executive

to support our business growth.
Your role will be to identify new sales opportunities, build customer relationships, and promote our products and services over phone, email, and virtual channels. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:



Research potential markets and customer needs to support lead generation. Generate new business through calls, emails, networking, and social media. Interact with potential clients to understand their requirements. Present and explain products/services to customers. Maintain reports on sales activities and progress. Support in negotiations and deal closures. Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets. Gather customer feedback and share with the internal team.

Eligibility:



0-1 years of experience in sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Self-motivated with a growth mindset.

Job Details:



Job Type: Full-time (3 months probation period) Location: Work from Office Stipend (During Probation): ₹15,000/month CTC after Probation: ₹4 LPA - ?6 LPA (based on performance) Additional Benefits: Performance Bonus

Pay: ₹10,404.19 - ₹41,222.71 per month
