Job Summary:
As a Inside Sales Executive, you will connect with potential customers through calls and online product demos, manage the customer onboarding journey, and track all sales activities. You will play a key role in converting leads into active customers and sharing insights to improve our offerings.
What You Will Do:
Conduct engaging online product demos via Google Meet/Zoom, tailoring presentations to customer requirements and addressing their questions
Make inbound and follow-up calls to identify potential customers and nurture leads through consistent engagement
Manage the complete customer onboarding process for a seamless experience
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer feedback, queries, and interactions in CRM systems
Share insights into customer preferences and market trends to support sales and marketing strategies
Report suggestions and feedback from customers for continuous improvement

Internship or 6+ months of experience in sales, inside sales, or a related field
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
Confidence in conducting live product demonstrations to diverse audiences
Good organizational skills to manage follow-ups and record-keeping
