Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven

Inside Sales Executive

to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for converting leads into enrollments by effectively communicating the value of our training programs to prospective students or corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from potential learners or clients. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable courses or learning solutions. Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages. Maintain accurate and updated records of conversations and lead status in CRM. Achieve weekly/monthly targets in terms of calls, conversions, and revenue. Coordinate with marketing, training, and operations teams for smooth onboarding. Provide excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
