Sales Executive - Work Role & Targets



Work Role:


Identify and approach potential clients (cold calling, leads, walk-ins).


Promote and explain Kayalas Academy's courses and benefits.


Handle inquiries and follow up with leads.


Convert prospects into enrolments.


Maintain client relationships for upselling and referrals.


Coordinate with marketing and academic teams.



Daily/Weekly Tasks:




150-200 calls/day to prospects.


3-5 webinars or scheduled consultations.


Regular reporting of leads and closures.



Targets:




Monthly Enrolment Target: Typically, 15-30 student enrolments/month (may vary by product/course).


Revenue Target: ₹3-5 lakhs/month, depending on pricing and commission structure.


Follow-up Efficiency: Convert at least 10-20% of qualified leads.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
