Sales Executive - Work Role & Targets ? ?



Work Role:

? Identify and approach potential clients (cold calling, leads, walk-ins).

? Promote and explain Kayalas Academy's courses and benefits.

? Handle inquiries and follow up with leads.

? Convert prospects into enrolments.

? Maintain client relationships for upselling and referrals.

? Coordinate with marketing and academic teams.

? ? Daily/Weekly Tasks:



? 150-200 calls/day to prospects.

? 3-5 webinars or scheduled consultations.

? Regular reporting of leads and closures.

? ? Targets:



? Monthly Enrolment Target: Typically, 15-30 student enrolments/month (may vary by product/course).

? Revenue Target: ?3-5 lakhs/month, depending on pricing and commission structure.

? Follow-up Efficiency: Convert at least 10-20% of qualified leads.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
