Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales efforts. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our cutting-edge cybersecurity and IT services to SMEs and large enterprises across India, Africa, and the US.

Basic understanding of IT and cybersecurity services & products

is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling Pitch Flying Stars' portfolio of services/solutions & products to potential clients to meet their specific needs.

2.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

3.

Meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

4.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide valuable insights and improve sales strategies.

5.

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM tools.

Requirements:



2+ years of sales experience. Product sales experience will be preferred A problem-solver with a customer-first mindset

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven. Basic understanding of IT and cybersecurity services & products is an added advantage. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Other Qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
