We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented
Business Development & Sales Coordinator
with
2+ years of experience
in sales, marketing, or client coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal technical teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Management
l Conduct post-sales follow-up calls to collect payments and required documentation from completed audit clients
l Follow up on potential leads and convert them into successful sales
l Handle tele-calling and direct customer interactions in a professional manner
l Close sales and consistently achieve assigned sales targets
l Identify new sales opportunities and actively improve conversion rates
l Maintain and update accurate client information and status in the CRM system
Communication & Coordination
l Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to address inquiries and resolve concerns
l Build strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction
l Coordinate with the Technical Team to schedule audit dates, time slots, and documentation processes
l Support the Technical Team with daily planning, coordination, and task follow-ups
Reporting & Administration
l Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales and activity reports
l Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities
Requirements
l Minimum
2+ years of experience
in sales, marketing, or a related role
l Strong verbal and written communication skills
l Proficiency in
MS Word, MS Excel
, and internet applications
l Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
l Ability to confidently handle inbound and outbound calls
l Proficiency in
English
(Hindi preferred)
l Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
l Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
