Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Inside Sales Executive

to drive student enrollments for our professional training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into admissions through effective counseling, follow-ups, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

inbound & outbound calls

to prospective learners. Understand student requirements and

counsel them on suitable courses

. Explain course details, certifications, fees, and career benefits. Convert

qualified leads into enrollments

. Maintain accurate records of interactions in

CRM tools

. Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Achieve

daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

. Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding. Participate in

sales training and product updates

Required Skills & Qualifications



Any

Graduate / Post Graduate

. 0.6-4 years of experience in

Inside Sales / Education Counselling / Tele-sales

. Excellent

communication & negotiation skills

. Strong convincing and closing abilities. Comfortable with

targets and performance-driven roles

. Proficient in

CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic computer operations

. Willingness to work in

day/night shifts

(if applicable)*.

Preferred Skills



Prior experience in

EdTech, Training Institutes, or Education Sales

. Exposure to

international sales (US/UK/APAC)

is a plus. Experience handling

high-volume leads

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,505.58 - ?45,829.04 per month
