Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound & outbound calls
to prospective learners.
Understand student requirements and
counsel them on suitable courses

Explain course details, certifications, fees, and career benefits.
Convert
qualified leads into enrollments
.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in
CRM tools
.
Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
Participate in
sales training and product updates
.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any
Graduate / Post Graduate

0.6-4 years of experience in
Inside Sales / Education Counselling / Tele-sales
.
Excellent
communication & negotiation skills
.
Strong convincing and closing abilities.
Comfortable with
targets and performance-driven roles
.
Proficient in
CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic computer operations
.
Willingness to work in
day/night shifts

Preferred Skills
Prior experience in
EdTech, Training Institutes, or Education Sales

Exposure to
international sales (US/UK/APAC)
