Handle walk-in customers and inbound sales enquiries at the project site or office
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and amenities to prospective clients
Generate and follow up on leads provided by the marketing team
Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients until closure
Maintain customer data, follow-up status, and sales reports
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and documentation teams for smooth booking processes
Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Basic knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools
Target-driven and customer-focused approach
