We are looking for a driven

Inside Sales Executive

to strengthen our customer acquisition and revenue growth by engaging prospects, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and digital channels Understand customer needs and recommend suitable AIWO health and wellness solutions Drive lead qualification, follow-ups, and conversions Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clinics, and partners Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM systems Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to improve customer experience Stay updated on AIWO products, programs, and industry trends

Desired Candidate Profile



1-4 years of experience in inside sales or business development (BPO/Call centre/Tele calling) Experience in Healthcare, Wellness, Hospitals, Clinics, Diagnostics, or D2C Health Services preferred Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle objections Result-oriented with a passion for sales and growth Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Education



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field Relevant sales or healthcare certifications will be an added advantage
