Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms to generate leads and conversions.
Clearly explain product features, benefits & value based on customer needs.
Conduct follow-ups and maintain healthy communication to drive successful closures.
Participate in product demos, webinars, and training sessions to enhance understanding and sales approach.
Maintain accurate CRM records, track prospects, and prepare sales reports.
Skills & Qualifications
Freshers or candidates with up to 3 year of experience
in sales, business development or customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication skills in
Tamil & English
(spoken and written).
Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions confidently.
Good negotiation, objection-handling, and rapport-building skills.
