Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our premium optical showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses, and other optical products. A passion for customer service and a smart personality are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear products based on their style, comfort, and prescription requirements Explain product features, lens options, coatings, and benefits clearly Provide personalized styling suggestions for frames and sunglasses Coordinate with optometrists for customer eye tests and follow-up Maintain product displays, hygiene, and overall showroom standards Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business Maintain customer data, warranty details, and order tracking

Required Skills & Qualities:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Smart, presentable, and customer-oriented personality Strong product knowledge (frames, lenses, branded eyewear) - training will be provided

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
