Inside Sales Executive - Home Decor

Job Summary:



Responsible for handling walk-in and online customer inquiries, showcasing home decor products, driving sales conversions, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with walk-in and online customers to understand their decor needs. Present product features, materials, and design options effectively. Provide price quotations, product comparisons, and recommendations. Coordinate with the design and dispatch teams for order processing. Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database (CRM). Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance. Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Interior Design / Marketing). 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in home decor, furniture, or lifestyle retail. Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
