We are looking for a passionate and goal-driven Inside Sales Specialist to connect with schools and promote Caprics' learning and management solutions. The role involves reaching out to school owners, principals, and administrators to understand their needs and present the right product mix.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, referrals, and lead databases.
Research schools to understand their requirements and recommend suitable Caprics products.
Maintain a detailed prospect database and track follow-ups consistently.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule demos and meetings.
Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations for school decision-makers.
Meet and exceed the target of 150 calls and 15 qualified leads per day.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
Visit schools, expos, and educational events when required for brand promotion.
Create or adapt sales call scripts to ensure engaging and consistent conversations.
Set appointments and support the field sales team with qualified leads.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in inside sales (experience in the education sector preferred).
Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
Energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
