Job Summary:

We are looking for a

dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales & Marketing Executive

with strong communication skills and good computer knowledge. The ideal candidate will handle client communication, lead generation, marketing coordination, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients. Generate and qualify leads through online research, calls, and marketing campaigns. Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and marketing materials. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution and follow-ups. Support digital marketing activities such as social media posting, email marketing, and content updates. Conduct follow-ups with leads and existing customers to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or digital marketing. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications. Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, or social media handling is an added advantage. Excellent communication. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
