Inside Sales Executive -



Researching and generate new qualified opportunities through cold calling, referral lead generation and emailing to explore sales opportunities.
- Identify creative and persistent methods to prospect and generate new business opportunities

Understanding client's needs and pitching in the right product mix

Regularly study accounts and identify important players.

Collaborate with teammates and to work towards closing deals.

Maintain a detailed database with all information on the prospects

Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls to followup

Achieve target of average 150 sales calls per day thereby generating at least 15 prospective sales leads per day

Achieve sales revenue as set by the

Demonstrate Caprics' Product online/offline to school owners, principals, administrators, trustees etc.

Meeting decision-makers of schools whenever required by way of using existing contacts, cold calls and other lead generation activities

Cold call of / Travel to: trade shows, expos and other such events on a need basis to promote Caprics' products and services.

Meet and exceed calls / sales targets as assigned by top management

Place phone calls to potential clients and perform cold calling from school and parent Database.

Improvise / Create Sales Call script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program

Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates' schedules for on-field visits.

Work Experience and Skills required



Minimum of a High School Diploma Fresher / 1 year of experience in inside sales Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software preferable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong listening skills Strong organizational skills Strong sales and cold calling skills Excellent multitasking skills Strong presentation skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently, handle work pressure & effective time management
