Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, scripts, and processes to optimize conversion rates and pipeline management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting on team performance, sales metrics, and forecast accuracy.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs to improve team skills and productivity.
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and effective lead management.
Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand business within existing accounts.
Handle escalations, resolve customer issues, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Stay current with market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Any Bachelor's degree.
2 - 5+ years of inside sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to motivate a team and foster a performance-driven culture.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales automation tools.
