The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales over phone, email, or online meetings. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth without extensive field travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Present products/services to prospects and explain their features and benefits.
Follow up on inbound leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
Collaborate with the marketing and business development team for lead generation campaigns.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or lead generation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
