We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate (Female) to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospects and clients.

Explain products, services, and training programs in a clear and professional manner.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and communication.

Manage inquiries, schedule meetings, and coordinate with the business development team.

Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM tools effectively.

Support the sales team in achieving overall business goals.

Requirements

:Female candidates only.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or equivalent experience).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).

Immediate joiner preferred.
