Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
1-2 years of relevant experience in inside sales or telesales (preferably in IT)
Good understanding of IT products/services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to meet and exceed sales targets
Open to learning and adapting in a dynamic sales environment
Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office
Hindi language proficiency
