Prospecting & Qualification:
Research and evaluate potential clients to determine their needs and budget, ensuring they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
Product Presentation:
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of products or services to potential clients, often through remote demonstrations.
Sales Closing:
Negotiate pricing and terms, then finalize sales agreements with customers.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintain detailed customer records in a CRM system, manage client interactions, and provide ongoing support and service to existing customers.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Monitor the sales process, track progress, and provide reports on sales activities and results.
Collaboration:
Work with marketing teams and other sales professionals to develop strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
Customer Feedback:
Gather feedback from customers and share it with product and marketing teams for future developments.
Skills and Qualifications
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and presentation skills are essential for engaging with clients.
Sales Acumen:
A strong ability to understand customer needs, present compelling solutions, and effectively close deals.
Technical Proficiency:
