Job Description

We are looking for a motivated

Inside Sales Executive

to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, understanding customer needs, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and chat. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales records. Follow up with leads and nurture customer relationships. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
