We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships through effective communication and strategic sales techniques. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, telemarketing, and technology sales, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
Duties
Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads generated from marketing efforts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Participate in business development initiatives to expand the company's market presence.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively.
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a technology or technical sales environment.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to engage customers through effective telemarketing techniques.
Experience in B2B sales with a focus on customer service excellence.
Knowledge of marketing strategies that drive lead generation is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
