Inside Sales Executives
to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and education. As part of the inside sales team, you will engage with potential students, understand their academic goals, and convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential leads via phone, email, and walk-ins to promote academic programs
Understand students' needs and guide them to suitable courses based on their career aspirations
Provide detailed information about course offerings, schedules, fee structure, and faculty
Conduct personalized virtual or in-person counseling sessions to close admissions
Maintain and update lead data, follow-up status, and conversions in the CRM
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets through consistent follow-ups
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to streamline the enrollment process
Participate in student engagement activities, webinars, and info sessions
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, Psychology preferred)
Strong interest in sales with a student-centric approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and the local language
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of inside sales or telesales experience
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM tools
Goal-driven, proactive, and able to manage high volumes of inquiries efficiently
