Key Responsibilities

Inbound Sales
:
Handle incoming inquiries from prospective students or customers via phone, email, or online platforms.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant product/service information.
Sales Cold Calling
:
Actively reach out to potential leads through cold calls to generate interest and set up meetings or demos.
Maintain a high volume of outbound calls with consistent follow-ups.
CRM Management
:
Update and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead details, follow-ups, and status.
Track interactions and ensure timely communication with leads.
Academic Counseling
:
Guide students or customers in choosing suitable courses or offerings based on their interests and career goals.
Build trust and rapport to effectively counsel and convert leads into admissions or sales.
Lead Generation
:
Identify potential customers through various online and offline channels.
Collaborate with marketing to execute lead generation campaigns.
Team Collaboration
:
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients/students.
Actively contribute to team meetings and sales strategy discussions.

Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Business preferred)
1-3 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, or customer support
EdTech or academic sales experience is a plus
