Role: Inside Sales Executive (Academic Counselor)
We're looking for dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executives who can guide learners in choosing the right upskilling programs. If you enjoy interacting with people, understanding their goals, and helping them make informed decisions, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with 80-100 potential learners daily via phone calls and video consultations
Understand learner goals, background, and experience
Recommend the most suitable courses using a consultative counseling approach
Convert qualified leads into enrollments
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system
Collaborate with the team to enhance sales strategies and improve conversions
Who Can Apply?
We welcome:
Fresh graduates eager to begin a fulfilling career in inside sales or academic counseling
Candidates with 0-3 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or EdTech
Strong communicators fluent in English and Hindi
Ambitious, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
Prior sales or EdTech experience is an added advantage
