Job Description

We Shakti Equipments Pvt Ltd., are into Rent, Sales & Service of Aerial Work Platforms [Boom Lift, Scissor Lift], Cranes & Telehandlers.

We're seeking a results-driven inside sales executive to join our team with the Right Attitude towards Customer Service & satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain Good level of knowledge about the company's products and services.

2. Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage sales pipeline.

3. Prepare and send Quotations to customers.

4. Negotiate pricing and terms to close deal.

5. Provide regular reports on sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.

6. Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate customer and sales data.

7. Coordination with Other Department Team Members for timely execution of the Order.

8. Following up with prospects to build relationships and convert them into long-term customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

2. Experience in customer relationship management and using CRM software Like Salesforce & Tally.

3. Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques.

4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.

5. Knowledge of GST & EWay Bill Issuance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
